Since September 2001, the ADONIKA Movement Arts Studio and Dance Ensemble has been welcoming all those who are interested in dance, from 5 years old to adults. If you enjoy dancing, you can discover the wonders of yourself, hour after hour, the creativity and the energising power of body movement.
