Elán was created in 2022 at the initiative of Zsombor Herédi. Their momentum is also reflected in their name. The band’s repertoire is diverse, but mainly based on urban folk music of Central-Eastern European cultures, from the Macedonian Čoček, through the Romanian Lautar, straight to Hungarian folk music.
