The ceremonial blessing of the Hungarian Bakers' Association's Saint Stephen's Day Breads
In 2023, for the twelfth time, the Hungarian Bakers' Association announced its professional competition for baking companies in 3 categories.
A record number of bakers entered the competition this year, with 85 products in total.
The competing categories are:
Category 1: Saint Stephen's Day Bread of the Year,
Category 2: The Innovative Bread of the Year,
Category 3: Sweet Walking Cake of the Year.
